Could someone test these ...?
1. After running Patch 1.0.7, was there a folder Dundjinni Enterprises created under Program Files? |
|
|
Nope.

|

Of course it won't. The registry key points to Fluid. If you change the registry key for InstallPath then it works.

I received the same results as Shessar.
I have tried it out on Windows XP Pro sp2; Windows 2003 server SP1; and Windows Vista Business sp1
Just as a note I manually changed the folder to Dundjinni Enterprises and changed the install path in the registry and it seems to work. |

Yep. I just manually changed my Registry entry and Folder from Fluid to Dundjinni Enterprises and all seems well.
Thanks dittotb!

Worked just fine for me (XPPro XP2, Java 1.6.0)
Thank goodness! Got a projector for my gaming group and have been dying to give it a try with some good maps and not low-res pdf rips.
Thanks!

Hi fink,
Since you've got a projector and are wanting to go hi-res with your games, you might want to give Battlegrounds a try.

Hey Kepli, Heruca, or who ever wants to help me out:
I am about to purchase this program and the art packs, but wanted to know-
1) Do I need to install every patch up to the v.1.0.7?
2) Do I still need the Installer DLL or Stylesheet patches or have they gone away with the new patch?
3) is it still recommended I use the Java run-time environments provided on this website (v.1.4.2 or v.1.5.0.04)? What is the preferred environment (I have no Java currently on my PC)
Any other pre-download help would be awesome-Been waitng for this for a while and I'm just glad I can finally start making some maps!
Regards,
Shogg

1. If you make a new purchase, you should get a download link to the installer program for Dundjinni 1.0.7. No need to apply patches.
2. You may or may not need the installer DLL. Try installing without it, then if you encounter the problems that the installer DLL is listed as fixing, install it, then install Dundjinni.
3. You should be able to use the most recent version of Java, and/or have multiple versions of Java installed on your system. No need to grab the versions we have on our downloads page. Just grab the latest JRE (not JDK) from java.sun.com. The latest version, I believe, is Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 5, which can be downlaoded from here: http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
