Silentwind - if you have platinum, and you can't see the fantasy platinum artpacks (temple/village/castle), you need to redownload and reinstall the platinum version. Download links have been reactivated - and there is a new (1.07) full version of platinum. And, once you reinstall DJ platinum, you'll also need to re-download and re-install any other artpacks you may have purchased (and any user artpacks in .jar form (since we have new (1.07 compliant) versions of those as well).

You can access the download link(s) and user name/reg keys on the order details page - which can be reached via the order tracking link in the lower left hand column of the store page.

Ok but i have a big problem, first i have the art packs dungeon/castle/village/temple in this version :) second this was a gift from a friend of my gaming group(RPG) and i have no access to the store :( how can i do this...? crap...

Assuming your friend ordered the download version via the store, you just need his/her login info (email and password) - and then you can log in to the store as him/her.

And if you don't have that info - but do have hte user name and reg key for installation, email the store and they'll arrange for a download for you.

Oh other thing, you said that you have updated the userart packs...this new ones work with the older version of dundjinni(1.0.6)??? because i have a lot of maps stuck where i canīt see the art because of the problem with the update and iīm thinking on taking the update out and i need know if the userarts on the site will work...

The store email address is store@dundjinni.com.

The user art from these forums will work with the new version of Dundjinni exactly the same as they do with all the previous versions. They are just PNG graphics.

The current newest version of Dundjinni (1.0.7) requires the installation of 1.0.7 Art Packs. If you have a purchased older version of an Art Pack, you should be able to download the 1.0.7 version using the same username/password that you'll use to download the new Dundjinni version.

I just sent an email inside the store, it works? what i was talking about was the user art packs that are in Jar files, the others i know they work fine but this ones i donīt know, thatīs why i asked that oh and i forgot to tell that i have a art pack, modern street, but like i said it was a gift but i have the serial
