The Gamemaster's Apprentice has found a cartographer that has saved most of the material posted in these forums since June of 2004.
The material was saved exactly as it appeared, complete with forum prefix. No material was altered, so some of it is not in the correct resolution, but most of it is extremely usable and inspirational.
The intent is that all material in the archives is available for full, commercial use. Any material that was of questionable origin is likely to have been omitted from the archives.
There is approximately 5 GB of material archived.
Registration at the site is required to access the archives, but the required information is limited as much as possible.

The next update should be this coming weekend and will include the last 2-3 months. The CSUAC files will also be posted this coming weekend.

The archives are current as of the end of April, 2008.
 Obviously, May's material will have to wait until after the end of the month.

I'm having problems downloading these .zip files. The connection appears to drop at various points in the file. Sometimes a few 100k into it, other times a few MB into it. The very first time I tried I was able to get BL1.zip without issue but all others since have had trouble.
Have tried dl from two different ISPs (mine and work) and have same problem.
Hmm.
Update: Was able to get them after trying at different times of the day and only requesting a single file at at time.

Unfortunately, you've run into one of the problems that resulted after moving the site onto a shared server. I apologize, but it's a lot more affordable than a dedicated server (and dedicated bandwidth).
As the site becomes more popular, I will consider transitioning back.

I've tried to register an account several times and the page does nothing. Does not submit my info, doesn't return an error, the button doesn't even register as being clicked.
Nopt sure if that is intentional or not, if it is you should disble the "Create An Account" link on the homepage

It's not intentional--a few people have had the problem, but I haven't been able to determine a common cause for it. In any case, send me your name, username, and an associated email address and I'll register you from the admin side.
