Thanks, cdenham.
I have uploaded Iso and SciFi for May 2009 to the same drop. With compression we have reached exactly 100 MB.

Hi folks!
For June 2009 I needed two Drops: first [removed 2nd one, outdated].
Compressed we have reached 128 MB, uncompressed it is 154 MB. This is really stunning! We reach one record after the other. I'm really, really impressed.
Keep it going!

I think it is time to explain some things about the program I wrote for the Monthly Archives. Some users may think it's better to manually check the separate threads because they fear something is missing in the archives.
So first let me accentuate this program was written some time in February and by now it is very mature and stable. And it is not a simple web crawler (these are often confused by multiple links to one thread and the graph-like structure of forums which actually are only trees) but has deep knowledge about the structure of the forums. In the last months I checked everything that was downloaded against a manual version. It writes some files (posts.txt, downloaded_files.txt and external_links.txt) that can be checked, too.
Here is a list what the program does. It
- downloads all images and zips into folders named by the thread the files were postet
- writes a file posts.txt for every thread with all posts of this thread. Every post message states the files posted.
- deflates the archives
- removes the leading forum hash
- checks if the name postfix is present
- creates the files downloaded_files.txt and external_links.txt for every forum
- compresses the images with pngout (a lossless compression which saves ~10% of space)
This program is written entirely in Java. It can be downloaded from the google code project page. The sourcecode is availiable there, too.
It is possible to use it to download any images posted between two dates. If someone is interested in using it let me know. At this point it's not very end-user friendly and needs a lot of programming knowledge to use. But I will improve that in the future versions.

OK, good to have Dundjinni up and running again.
And here is the Archive for August 2009 (85 MB).
Not included is the Trench set on rpgmapshare.
Have fun!

Elric kindly provides a mirror for all the Archives: Archives of 2008, Archives of 2009.
Aditionally the CSUAC is mirrored on The CSUAC-Page on Elrics Site.
These pages will be updated by Elric to contain the last recent archives. Thanks!

Hey - No Problem. :D
Can you provide me downloadable files for the Shaft Library? I only seem to be able to see images and can't find a download link I did with the Vintri's. :)
Thanks! :)
