Seems to be the last weekend or so. Before that last week it was OK... Perhaps Dundjinni should think about a new forum software like phpBB or so that is not so likely to break. This forum could be saved as archive. I have seen this on many other sites...
@Elric:
I do not download the other stuff because it is not really part of this forum. I think that things like on rpgmapshare are OK to be linked only. I think you wouldn't have to add it either. But if you want to, you have to download it yourself. I don't have the time to do this. This is one reason why I only list them in the drop. Making these archives is still a lot of work even with the downloader program... (And to maintain the program is a lot of work, too...)

@Sendorian: The DJ site changed IP, as the DNS records was changed and so
was the server IP. I guess They moved everything to another machine, and
the backup/restore made an epic fail, and some scripts needs to be changes
as they point to the old IP (mail error on post, file upload errors).
Also, ythere seems to be a bandwidth limit, I downloaded a few zips, the
first two went through, then everything else died down to 72 bytes/second
until 2 came thorugh and the rest timed out.
That took <8 seconds before, now it took 35 minutes to get 3 900kB files..

Okie Dokie :)
It's just easier for me to grab the actual archives as well and it may be better to just post those anyway since they're the ones that actually have Soooooo many files in 'em. :)

Oh man, I had to download some ZIP-files 6 times to get them. There is something going wrong here. Puh...
Hmm, I think the crashes of the forums last month are responsible for extremely small archives: only 3 MB...
But be sure to check out the external links. Many uploaded their stuff to rpgmapshare because of the technical problems here...

Yeah, seems to fail for anything > 200-300kB. Most threads look like this for me:
And zips needs to be reloaded several times.

It's the same for me... Really annoying...
The images the program downloaded were OK. But there were no big ones like your example last month...
I think I will implement a "retry" function for the archives...
@Elric The link to the archives is broken. Can you post the right one please?

The March Archives are now up with Previews on my site as well. :)
I REALLY wish Email Notifications for the topics worked. :/

I believe I fixed this - I moved some stuff around but I think I have all the links updated here. :)

Oh man, this was a five day torture! I had to implement several retry-, checksum- and timeout-functions to get anything at all... And the download took almost six hours with several retries - for < 20 MB...
But now it's done. Here is the Archive for April 2010.
