These tokens were created during my first attempt to try something in 3D using Poser. Though I guess there's still a lot room for improvement for a skilled 3D software expert I do think they came out kinda good... and so I'll share them with this fine community.

Relaxed Battlemage:

Furious Battlemage:

Man, if that's your first attempt, I can't wait to see what you can do once you've got more experience under your belt!

Interesting, some of the views are well done. But, I do have one complaint...the dead view that is face up. I know the costume has to cover certain areas but it is too stiff. It should have a few folds or something like it as it lays on the ground. Right now it looks like is metal not cloth. It is cloth isn't it?

How dare you.... IT IS METAL!!

Just kidding ... yeh I know its stiff , it annoys me too but I just got Poser yesterday and I still need to learn how to do this right. Once I figure out how to make it more clothes-like I'll post updated bodies.

Btw, the cloth position was not about hiding the sacred cave... it was merely that I didn't know how to move it without moving the rest. I'm not one to be inhibited by nudity.

My friend asked me to make a dual wielding ranger for him, and since I wanted to test the new costume set I got, here it goes.

Cool! You can never have too many rangers.

I love it when someone posts characters in multiple poses. It makes them so much more useful.

Wow! Wonderful! Amazing!

I LOVE these! Please keep creating!

For most maps it would also be useful to have these figures without weapons. (As someone said: You can never have enough "normal" people to enrich a map! )

Very nice stuff TheSim!
You seems to manage Poser like a charm, I had it (version 1.0 or something)
but my painting skills are not good enough to make anything useful.

These are a bit bigger but I thought it doesn't matter since you will need to resize them anyway whatever you use them for.

Spectacular, once again.

Could you please post a dead or prone Royal Guard without any blood? Sometimes you need to show someone unconscious or who was simply knocked down, and the gore versions don't work for that. Thanks.

Well, I just found the crappy model I used to test my knight poses on. It doesn't look that bad so I figured I could post it too.

Since I'm remaking (and adding) all my gore mods in higher quality, these spiders happened to be among them today (yes, this time with green blood ).

Dead Spiders:

For easy access I'll post the original spiders to go with these mods. I have no clue who made them and who to give credit to but I hope that person doesn't mind.

Well, since I'm still on vacation and the comps I got with me in Denmark cant handle my mapsizes ( :( ) I figured I would make some more tokens. I started with a simple mod of goblins I found on this forum since their different colors didn't really match.

Green Goblin Javeliner (mod):

Excellent mods, The Sim.

Funnily enough, I'd started doing identical mods of the Green Goblins, but never found the time to finish the set.

cruel stuff TheSim, and I agree with IronDwarf, but as he likes to smash things up, now he got tons of fun things to do, I just could not help myself on this one...

Here's a brief preview of each of my next tokens:

Peasant (Armed Stance):

Fighter (Crouching):

Maiden (Just something random):

The problem is that for some reason on this comp when I export to PNG in Poser it doesn't remove the background (I dont remember if there was a setting and I cant find any) so I guess I'll have to wait till I get home to export all stances.

Wow, great renders

The last one isn't really top-down, but it's an awesome piece

TheSim, try to set background color to transparent. I do that in Cheetah to
render to transparent background, might work in Poser too.

Thx, it will be more awesome when I can export it properly which would also enable me to make a top-down version.

Dunno whats wrong rly since it works without problems on my home system.

Edit: I found a way to fix it. Stay tuned.

Hmm, I kinda forgot about this topic and I had these still lying around. Have fun.

Feisty Maiden with a couple of random poses for more variety:

And here a preview on the knight I was busy with today. Actually I'm currently making a lot of poses for this one to create an army, including ranged, shield, axe, club and mounted units.

So much stuff to do and so little time.

Great tokens, TheSim.

Regarding your last post, if you're interested in possibly selling an artpack of army tokens (like this one), please
contact me off-forum.
