Many of Metajock's conversions are available in the last weekly download (01 Aug version).

As far as Realdraw goes, I tried it and bought it. Like any program, it has it's strengths and weaknesses. I like how I can manipulate textures and bevels with the lighting effects quickly. I don't like it for shadows or for "painting", so I do most of my shading in other programs.

I also like how it creates vector objects. Makes it rather easy to create innovative objects--I'll be honest, I don't always get what I want (not good enough yet)--but I do get interesting and usable material.

It has a very easy learning curve. However, if you're already an experienced PS pro, you may find that the advantages aren't worth the funds. To me, it was still worth it.

GEEZ!!! Most of that week's stuff are my conversions? Didn't know how busy I had been...

I'm acutally gonna have most of the tilesets converted and posted on my site, too. (Like I said before: Back up the back ups... ) Then you can "pick and choose" from the sets.

Not all of the sets will be converted, as they can already be done with DJ. (The Paths and Walkways are a perfect example...)

But I have much more planned...

I just wanted to thank everyone for all of their assistance and advice. I downloaded the trial version of RD and within the space of a few hours found myself able to create some passable items. Much much better items than my raspberry slime that I came up with in Photoshop.

I hope to post a few items this upcoming week. Right now I'm still discovering all of the amazing things I can do in RD. I haven't had this much fun with a program since I started working with Bryce.
