While I do normally disapprove using a forum for
complaints, I am asking myself if the online shop really
works. I've placed my order for dundjinni (direct
download version) software 2 days ago. I'm still waiting
for the download link and license number.
My credit card record confirms that payment has been
completed successfully, but still I am waiting.
I've already sent an email to customer support, but got
no replies.

So I'm asking... Is the online shop really working? Is
there anyone at customer care?

Your reg keys might be ready and waiting for you.

Heruca is right, there should be a download link and reg key per bought product in the online Store now.
