Hello there,
I ordered dundjinni tonight and paid for it with the "by credit card" option no paypal. When i go to the page to download it it gives me a "pay now" option. Of course, ive done that already and have the two (2) emails to prove it. Does this clear in time or is this a hang up that needs to be addressed?

i actually ordered the application several years ago and just started having a use for it again - cant find my old copy. its such a good program i bought it again to forego the hassle of finding it - im not worried about getting it eventually - the dundjinni people are good folks. ....just want to start making some maps

Try emailing the store directly, hopefully you'll get a response. Unfortunately, the "store" is primarily monitored by one person so it can take time to get a response.
Kepli is off on vacation this week, hopefully Slash or Heruca will catch this and help.
Happy mapping, soon I hope. Once you are up and running, post your work so we can all see it.

Still having problem - no email response from "store" yet. This problem needs to be fixed - i see it has happened a few other times. I assume eventually it will be resolved. Still unable to download the software....

Have you already tried logging into the Store to download
your order?

yep, i go to "order tracking" where my order can be downloaded and it is still "in progress".
