I've had the program in my laptop for over two years, but have not used it to make a map in a long while. Now when I'm trying to place a cover piece (curb shadow in modern) on to a floor (sidewalk) I'm unable to turn the cover using the right click like I was able to before. Is the program corrupted? Do I need to oversave the program onto itself or erase & reload?
Any help appreciated.

Could it be that you are missing a "cover" property file in the folder with the curb shadow artwork? Does the click-to-rotate feature work with other covers?

Click to rotate does not work with any covers or objects. If I'm missing a property file it covers the whole program apparently.
Should I overwrite, or delete the program and reinstall?

Try deleting and re-installing DJ.

After talking to a tech guy, I log on and find the same hint from you Kepli. So I pull out the disc, blow off the dust, uninstall the current DJ, reinstall the new DJ, and now I cant see anything in the art frame or if I try to stamp an object nothing shows on the map. Seriously like I've just bought the program and know nothing about it. Goes to show you take for granted what works for a long time and forget how you got it to work in the first place.
So please advise on how to fix this.
Plus when I tried to install my copy of modern streets, it asked for a registration key from an email that no longer exists. How to fix this? (God I feel so needy!)
Thank you for your help.

You might be one of those folks for whom the only way the program and artpacks will install and run properly is to install the full version of DJ v1.0.7. Contact the DJ Store with your purchase information and request a download link for the full version.
As for finding the registration key for your "Modern Streets" artpack, is it not listed when you log in here? I don't think the email address you used to register needs to be valid still.

OK deleted and reinstalled 3 times and used the bug upgrades to make it 1.07 and disabled Java 1.06 and enabled 1.04 and still cant see the art objects. Now to try to get the DJ store to help me.
Thanks for all the help so far.
