Is there anyway of purchasing the software? I can steal it usi g
torrents but would rather pay for it and gain the support of the
community. Any good new about the store? Any help would be great!

Hi Jiberg1, Welcome to the Forums.
Unfortunately, we still have not heard any news about the store or the owner for a long time. I do not know of a way to buy the software, other than finding a hard copy at a retailer or on EBay ( but I just got 0 hits on ebay and amazon ).
Most likely the version on torrents is the older version 1.0.4 which will only work well on XP. The downloadable upgrade available here is very buggy. The full v1.0.7 works well with vista and 7 but you won't be able to get it without proof of purchase.

Hi, I've been reading all of these posts with a sinking heart...
I purchased a selection of the packs and software from DJ a while back (well over a year) and had some dealings with the shop at the time (Melinda), but I never actually received the downloadable content for my PC. (I had to postpone all hobby dealings after emigration/kids/job change etc).
Here I am back in the hot seat, and ready to go - but the store is now telling me my passwords are wrong and I can't get into my cart to touch any of my software - that I've paid for...!
I have all the receipt numbers etc.
Any ideas, as this is deeply frustrating?

Send me your purchase information and I will set you up with Dundjinni v1.0.7 and the art-packs you bought and I have for that version (sadly only four of them at this point).

I've been away since well before update v. 1.0.6, anyone care to fill me in what's happened without making me read every post back to the dawn of time... geez when did I last post out here? *scratches head* Oh yeah, those were bad times. Ya'll are probably gonna make me go read.

Welcome back VarchildMarquee. 
Long story short,
DJ was upgraded to v1.0.7 to work with Vista and 7.
The upgrade patch is very buggy so you need the full install which Kepli is kindly providing to people who need it. Unfortunately, he cannot do anything about Registration Keys so you have to have your original ones to install.
The reason for this is that last summer DJ Forums transferred to a new web host but due to technical problems went offline for over a month.
When it came back the store side was not operational. Only Mindy has access to the store side and she was MIA.
She contacted Kepli in December and said she would fix things in January once she got past some real life problems but Kepli hasn't heard from her since.
The latest problem is a huge increase in spammer attacks.
So for now we have a very strong forum community that is doing the best we can to help as many people as we can.

Thanks Bogie and Kepli. I hope Mindy is doing alright.
If I reinstall my DJ next week, I have the original disk from way back for PC, so I have my original keys still. ;) Good to know what I need and who I have to email for the update.
Will the old disk will still install it properly or do I need a new install program too?
