ive recently had to reformat my pc. and no longer have my details in which i can re-download my purchased copy ofr dundjinni. i cant seem to find anywhere in which i can recover my password.
could anyone point me in the right direction please

You will have to contact the Store for that (store(at)dundjinni.com), since it's about the Store login

thanks i have done so. but am still yet to even get a response. there seems to be a few issues with the main store site. as even upon clicking on the store link i get this in turn
Attention
There are no items marked for home display.
and upon clicking on dundjinni software i am then in turn getting this response
Attention
The category is not valid.

The store has had some major issues after the server move, and my password (stored in Firefox) no longer works there. Luckily I had stored the installation files on an external HDD. I hope the store is fixed soon, as there currently is no possibility to buy stuff (or re-download already bought products).

it seems i still havent recieved a email response to my question and im feeling slightly hard done buy that i cant re-attain my store purchases

I understand it is frustrating waiting, but patience is needed. The person who needs to respond to your email is the same person who is trying to get the website and the store running again. She may just be very busy with all that, or she may not have access to the info you need till the website is working.

I am in the same boat, I have lost my Keys and need to get them again. We all have to be patient and just hold on. I am chomping at the bit, I even went back and found my "purchase" email from 2005 thinking that will help ;)

I've also got the same problem. Unfortunately, I've also lost my original forum password.
There doesn't appear to be a working email link for the store now either..?
Any suggestions?

The word is that Mindy is working on getting the store running again. It is taking longer than we had hoped, but until the store opens, no one has access to that information. I know it is difficult, but please be patient.
