I can, but do you have a license key? Without that, the installer is useless.

@Kepli: Well that will depend. A friend of mine had a version 1.04 or earlier version that he stopped using. He thinks he has the serial number some where but doesn't have the software. So I was hoping I could get the installer just in case he is able to find the serial number. Well, and that depends on whether or not an earlier serial number will work with the latest version.
Figured this would at least let me get started using the software while I wait for Mindy or whoever at the store to deal with the situation I'm in. Multiple emails have gotten no response so far.
At this point, I'm really starting to feel like this is my last resort.

Unfortunately the store is on autopilot, there is no support and there is nothing we can do about it, we are just lucky she turned it back on so people can access stored info about prior online purchases.
If you can get the serial # from your friend it will work with the new version of DJ. Let Kepli know when you get it.

Hopefully he will find his old serial number. Other than store@dundjinni.com is there another email address for Mindy that I could possibly use to contact here?

I've sent you an email, requesting your aid in updating beyond v1.04.
EDIT: Kepli told me per emeail that I can download v.1.0.7 directly from the store, and then dissappeared.
That is not so, as far as I can see.
The only version I get from re-downloading my old order is version 1.0.0.0.0.0. (and then some)
This version will not even open. (I've got win7)
I can then proceed to upgrade, once again, and once again end up with version 1.04, unable to get any further.
Help? Anyone?

I forwarded this to Kepli. You should have been able to get the new version from the store, but I don't know exactly how that works.
