Any possibility I could get you to email me a Serial Number for Dundjinni? I paid for it with PayPal back on 6 April but still have not received it via USPS or as a download by email.

Hi Virtual4sight,
None of us at the Forums (Administrators included) have any access to the "Store". Since the store was only recently turned on and the owner has not been very interactive, I suspect there is not really a DVD /USPS delivery option.
If you log back into the store you should be able to look up your registration number and possibly download the installation file.
If you can only get the registration number, contact Kepli at Kepli (dot) Sire (at)Yahoo (dot) com and he can set you up with an installation file. He cannot get you a registration number, only the store can. A lot of people have been looking up their old numbers to copy them for future reference so you should be able to do that.
Let me know if that doesn't work.

Hi Bogie,
I have looked under the section of the Store where it supposedly has registration serial numbers. It shows my purchase but it doesn't provide a serial number or an option to download the installation file.
Your help is appreciated.

Were you able to get charged, cuz when i tried the cd option it never
processed a payment. I got no response through the store for
support. So if you actually got charged have your cc company pull
back the funds, then purchase the dl version.

It may be best to order the download version of all purchases you do at the moment. Until Mindy is back to handle the Store, that is the way to go.

Unfortunately I can't do that since it was through PayPal. They will only refund up to 30 days. Someone from Dundjinni Store has to go out and refund my money.

Unfortunately I don't have that option as the purchase was through PayPal and since it has been longer than 30 days they will not refund the money. Only someone from Dundjinni is able to refund the money now.
