I found this link on the FilterForge Forum, posted by a "trusted member",
and it is a company trying viral marketing, selling the next version of their
3D software for almost nothing.

I just bought (ordered) the pro version for $40 which works out at about £26.
I justified this on the fact that I'm going on a stag party tonight and I know for a fact that thats gonna be about 5 beers where the lads want to go,
So 5 beers for $1200 product? works for me (twisted logic that it is) 
BUT - I noted that pmG are doing something that Vue has done which has made me fall out of love with the Vue range, and that is "restrictive ware"
Ok I can understand the pro having more functions than the basic (hence the price difference) BUT when they start to CHOKE core usage, then thats a different thing all together.
So bear that in mind if (when) you purchase, I personally use 2 cores now - but a future upgrade will be at least 4, probably 8 - so thats why I opted for the pro version.
Anyhoo - this IS CHEAP - get that paypal passord out . . . . . .

I have no clue but the power you get for $40 must be worth something. For
me it is just if I can do anything at all a little better than I do with the ones I
have (for example maybe import and modify MAX files and export as FBL
would be worth those 40 ;)

10 bucks is 10 bucks . . .
I have not really heard of them - but then again not many people have heard of hexagon (and that was $1 at one time) and I just love that software . . .
