I want a James Bond type license to deal with spammers and hackers. Anyone know where I can get one?

You should simply just block any NEW posters for like a month or so. but still make all the forum publicly viewable. Most new people aren't here to contribute art anyway, just download stuff. After a month of not being able to create a new account maybe the hackers will give up and go away? If someone send a mod an email though or a forum "friend" refers them, then let them through invitation only.

@Kepli - that was what I tried to suggest in this thread, block any new users
until they prove to an ubermoderator (Kepli or Bogie) that they are real
persons and not a bot (the spammers are not real persons, just bots running
on botnet hijacked computers)

Just created the user group Trainee. These are now the starting members and they can only look on the forums. Now to post a message for them to contact me or Bogie, so we can make them a Hireling.
Hope this works ;)
We may need another Admin ... are you up for that Totte?
