Those are great! However, I'll have to try to find free versions of these
filters. Can't afford to pay for things like this that aren't going to pay me back
somehow. Love of the game and all that.

Well, quite a few of us on here have licenses for FF and if you find some you'd like, you can point us to them and I'm sure we can generate you some tiles.

G2K. I'm not sure if pulling the images from the website and making them
patterns in Photoshop is illegal but I suspect so. Fun though, to explore the
uses.

Pulled this together in Photoshop after hashing out some ideas in DJ. It utilizes some Filter Forge stuff so asside from being tiny is not cleared for general use.
My thoughts on this: No sharp corners in space. 45 degree angles or curves. Only way to do wall clutter in DJ is to stamp cover objects down as far as I can think of. I kind of like this fill for behind the bulkhead but I am open to ideas. Some sort of pipe clutter might also work. This is obviously a Nostromo type ship, very grungy. At first blush i'm liking the 5X5 format.

With a little redesign and some extras from RPGMapshare I have modded my previous intersection thusly;
Observations: I am much happier with this design. Hatches are a little hard to see. Maybe some lights in the hallway? Grated floor sections at regular intervals? That might be problematic with the 5X5 format.

Nice work GD, and while I understand that the 45 deg angles look better for some things, why NO 90 deg angles?

I do like that wall fill, and the floors are definitely
complementary.

Well, as my contact sheet is turning out there will be some 90 deg
angles. But my thinking was that with weightlessness a reality or at
least a possibility the less things you can cut your body on the better.

Preliminary contact sheet, no reason to download.
Observations: Because of the directionality of the stains on Kepli's floor panels, I had to make more versions of some of these than I really need. Rotating them just wouldn't look right. I may go back and create a uniform floor panel and refill with that. Not entirely thrilled with the walls but I don't know what else I can really do with them without signing up for a whole lot of work. These are, of course, just the beginning of the basic corridor tiles. No room bits yet. You can see on number 2 my initial experiment with lights in the corridors. Not sure if I like this. Lighting is perhaps best done by the GM using the tiles, much like equipment, markings and such.

Perhaps, the black grates may be too contrasting, looking almost as thought they block the corridor...(?)

Just thoughts: If you create a dja with maybe 16 tiles
on it, you can then quckly stick lights on them and re-
save. Then you get both basic and lit ones. You might
consider...
...SuperCaptains light tubes...HERE...
... which you can add light circles to if desired as in
the example below...
SampleOnly - do not download

Hi DragonWolf,
If I understand it correctly, "the Filter Library is a free online repository of filters created by our designers and Filter Forge users". For those with FF already, therefore, do you get the filters free and the results are your own?
Alien Ribs ...
