Hi all,

Because so many of you wanted this subforum ...
Here you can post and find Tiles.

A tile is very small map, a square piece of floor usually larger than 1x1 that already has a floor texture and often walls on them. Sometimes also staircases, objects, effect, etc. You can use these pieces in DJ when stamping them as Object, Cover, Treasure, Pit, etc, but not as a Floor or Wall! I usually use the Treasure ~properties file for these.
A tile can have transparency (png-file) or not (jpg-file for lesser memory usage).
Use Snap-to-Grid (centre or vertice depending on the size of the tile) to line them out and use zoom setting 1-1 while doing this for best results.

Tiles can be rectangles as well, but people in this community will usually make square ones. Just make sure to create sizes with 200 pixels intervals.

Please move current threads with tiles to this forum if you are able. If not, let us know and we will do it.
