I recently completed a reinstall of v1.0.7 on Windows 7
I had created a few maps and was working on my third map,
when I discovered that several of the user tokens don't
display in the picklist.

For instance none of the .djx objects under
Fantasy/Castle have a visualization in the Map Items or
Pick List dialogs.
Nor can I use the stamp tool to place them onto my map.
There are placeholders in both dialogs for each .djx file
and some of the other pack/folders work fine (such as
under Dungeon/Object).

I started with a fresh install and then copied the user
tokens from an old Windows XP machine that I no longer
use. The new file structure is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Dundjinni

The .djx files originally came from the forums as free

Any suggestions on how to fix this up are greatly

Did you disable Windows "User Account Control" before installing DundJinni? I think that is what causes this problem.

Another possibility is if you are using the latest version of DJ ver 1.0.7, you can't use the old artwork. Art in png form is ok, but anything in djx form you have to download the updated install files either from the Forums here, or directly from Kepli ( kepli dot sire at yahoo dot com )

Not sure I got what you did with the djx-files, but they need to be registered with Dundjinni, so just copying them to another Dundjinni installation won't work. You have to install the art-pack that contains the djx-files. After the installation you can copy the files within the Dundjinni folder structure.

Most of the time we also recommend installing Dundjinni in the root folder, not Programs Files. It seemed to help with Vista and might also help with W7.

On a different note ... I suggest not using the pick-list option in Dundjinni. The developers never anticipated the enormous growth in number of art pieces. The pick-list really slows down when used on folder with a large number of art pieces or large art pieces. I just browse through the djx-files (after a while you know what is in there) and look at the png-files in my windows browser first.
