This is a map I made for a contest on Cartographer's Guild.
It is mostly done, but I still may make a few changes.

Any Ideas for improvements?

Here is the Higher Res version:

Is the center island raised above the surrounding floor or
down below? The POV on the chains makes me think down, but
it's not totally clear because the floor tiles sizes are
the same and the shadows don't give me a real sense of
depth.

Of course, it could be just that it's on the same level,
and the chains are giving me the impression that it's at a
different height.

Vaturak,

Awesome map, man!
The second I saw it I KNEW it would feature as a training room in the Tibetan Monastery I have put in my upcoming game.
I dunno about the East German judge but I am giving it a full-on raging 5 out of 5!

Stay Free....Stay True.

It IS an awesome map, so don't mistake my
questions/critiques as anything other than my trying to
help make it just a bit better.

Thanks guys.

Mercutio: No problem, I appreciate the critiques.

The central area is down a little, maybe 5 ft lower but not enough to really change the perspective on the floor tiles much. Dundjinni doesn't let you change the tile size. I would have had to pull it out to photoshop, resize it and then paste it back in. To much work for that slight difference, and then the grid wouldn't work for the people using VTTs. So I took the lazy way out and left it as is.

Cool, not a big deal Bogie. The chains gave me a feeling a
depth, and I wasn't sure if that was supposed to be there
or if my eyes were playing tricks on me.
