I saw article in wiki last night that made me think of all the mappers here. Terrain maps in swamps to be exact. Is in England, place named "Sweettrack". :)
Apparently picture taken in late fall or winter judging by the leafless trees. Way in the background there is a tree with vines. Guess Kepli got there first.
Anyway, I thought someone here might get inspired enough to make a map of it. I don't have enough skill to make the dried grass stuff to make a map myself.
Oh, that road was built around 3800BC by the way!

My apologies for putting this in this subject. I meant to put it in it's own subject line!
And thanks for the 'way cool'
Looking through some very old user art last night I found some marsh plants that were green. They could easily be changed to yellowish, I think, for someone with talent. I'm not sure if it was labeled that way. It was done in 2008, cause that was the file I was working on. :)

Hi DragonLady,
You had me confused for a minute! I suppose all cities will look like your marshy photo in a few thousand years anyway!
Meanwhile, a test run of the,
Multi-Level Mall
Park your car in the underground facility provided...
Up the steps and spend, spend, spend!
Left an empty shop for you to fill in. Extra road
markings and so on could have been added above the
tiles as usual.
Don't worry that there is only one cash register currently
in the entire store, and that you may not be able to find it.
For airstrikes, you may need the roof view... Here added yellow lights to marks where the doors are.
These are small samples only. Full sizes on RpgMapShare.
FULL SIZE on RpgMapShare ...HERE...
...Here...
and ...HERE...
In Dj, once the roof was made, stamped the sales floor
tiles over it, to ensure it matches. Exported then added
a layer for the underground. So all saved on one Dj file.
Yes, the road markings went a bit US/UK rather than just
US. Doh! There is also going to be checkout sections and
a moving staircase for multiple floors.

Hey ProBono,
Is there any way you could combine a bunch of your Street Maps into a MEGA STREET MAP.
I had a Car chase scenario for Mutants and Masterminds that I'm going to run and I could really use a MEGA STREET MAP.

Hi Cyderak,
How big is mega?
Perhaps could run up half a dozen "block maps", with road
joins to make linkable. Might take as much as two hours.
When is your game?
A time limit could be a stimulating challenge!
Once the 6x6 Street Tiles Set is released you can have as big a map as you like. I had intended to do a few more
street tiles and perhaps release the set at Xmas, but have been distracted by creating a Bunker tile set. The
individual 6x6 tiles would of course be optimal for VTT. The current Street Tiles Set is only 100mb, about 100 tiles.
Note: An instant solution on RpgMapShare might be TechnoShamans 24x24 tilesset (large number @72dpi)TechnoShaman Example.; or Regresions "Zombies take over Duskville" set Regresion example.(about 7 tiles). Both are in the "All the Maps\Modern Maps" folder.

Hey Pro Bono,
"MEGA" meaning - 3 or 4 of your normal sized maps put together.
I tried doing it myself here:
I had gotten Techno Shaman's 24x24 set before but it was way too busy. I like your style better.

Hi again Cyderak,
Something along the lines of the three sample 30x30 Blocks below?
Made 8 more 6x6 tiles for this, having forgotten to do a simple curved corner. 8 Tiles and and 3 Maps is a bit
slow for a morning, but ProBono didn't get up until 10am. OK, couldn't remember wether you wanted US or UK
road markings so went UK. Made the Blocks square for obvious reasons.
These are Samples only - do not download. Full size 100dpi versions will go on RpgMapShare soon.
...So is this on the right track? Do you want the next few cluttered with cars?
Thinking of a 4 lane highway right through the middle...
....Anyway.... teaser Fuzzy Pig Cop Tile (everything but the
Stinger on this tile is from the Dj Modern Streets Pack):

Those are AWESOME!!!
Maybe a map with all three of those square maps rolled into one map with buildings that you might find in any super-hero city.
With floorplans of the more important buildings where battles might occur.
