I purchased the Art Pack bundle of Castle/Temple/Village but the folder
that downloaded doesn't have anything resembling a Mac OS installer.
I've tried manually dragging the Map folders into Dundjinni's working
folders, but the .djx files don't seem to initialize or work with Dundjinni.
Here's a list of files/folders in the "Castle-Temple-Village Art Pack" that I
downloaded after my purchase:
InstallLogo.png
META-INF
DJInstall
com
Install_Steps.txt
EULA.rtf
ICE_JNIRegistry.dll
Village.zip
Castle.zip
Temple.zip
InstallIcon.png
The "Village.zip", "Castle.zip" and "Temple.zip" files all unzip into folders
labeled "Map" with appropriate file structures containing .djx files, for
example:
Map
-Fantasy
--Temple
---Door
---Cover
---Floor
---Object
---Trap
Any help? Is it a problem with the store having me download the wrong
file, or am I just a dunce?
thanks,
simon max hill

Welcome to the Forums Simon.
Hopefully someone who knows this tech stuff better than I do will be able to help you.
It might be helpful if you could use what ever the Mac equivalent of Windows Explorer is, open up the directory tree for Dundjinni/Maps/Fantasy etc and take a screen shot and post that. Maybe someone will see where the issue is happening.
And since that might work both ways, here is what mine looks like in Windows;

Here's what I see when I open up the download from the Dundjinni store:
And here's a detailed directory tree showing the .djx files in the folder.
And for good measure, an image of what Dundjinni looks like when I drop the village files into the Dundjinni folder. The names
are there, but there's no thumbnails and I can't stamp/draw anything in.

Welcome aboard Simon
On a Windows machine artpacks need to be installed so all art is
registered in DJ. Perhaps that's also true on a Mac ... If so, copying the
art pieces to folders won't work and the art won't show up in DJ.

I think I wasn't clear - the fundamental problem is that there is no OSX
installer in the folder that downloaded. The folder looks a whole lot like a
Windows install folder.
Is there a special method to installing Art Packs with OSX or do I just have
the wrong download file? If the latter, who at the store do I talk to about
getting the right one?

Ah ...
As far as I know the art-packs are the same for both Operating Systems, but I could be wrong.

Is there anyone from the store who could help me out? There's nothing in
the folder that I downloaded that resembles a Mac installer. Maybe I could
be set up with individual links to download each component of the bundle
deal, and we could see if those give me a different set of files when I
download?

OK, I'm here (thanks Bogie for calling my attention).
I have my art packs but it was ages since I installed them. On 10.7 on this
laptop but I will see if I can found out what the problems are.
Stay tuned ;-)

Thanks! My players will be excited to have maps that aren't me and a wet-
erase marker or even worse, me and Adobe Illustrator.

OK, I know what it is!
Turn off Safari's "auto extract known files", as it will unpack the zip, and also
the .jar inside the zip.
When you extract the zip you will see a .jar file, that is the installer, run it.
