I've purchased a new Mac and am reinstalling Dundjinni from my original
retail disk. However, now I get the message that my installation is bad and i
get the code, 4,2,2,4,104. Any thoughts?

OK. I've got it. I didn't realize that my name, for the purposes of the
software, is "Retail Copy".

Good. Very happy to have finally gotten a new computer. Now I can run all
my 3D software and keep DJ installed too.

OK Dungjinni used to work, but now I get the dreaded:
Program Startup Error
You may have an improper installation....
Error occured at:
Common components loading check.
I used to have an account here, but had to make a new one because I forget my user name and my password. :)
I'm on Windows XP, Service Pack 3. Add Remove Programs shows Java 6 Update 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 15.
Please help, I want to use Dundjinni to make maps for a contest entry due in a few weeks.
I wish it would just work.

Welcome aboard (aagain) Nhoj2
Do you have a Retail Copy, or a download version of DJ? And what version is it?

1.0.7
I'm not sure what you mean by retail, I paid for it, if that's what you mean. I don't remember if I bought it from your web site or not, I think so. It was a long while ago. I had a CD, but who knows where that is now, it's an old version that I've updated from your web site multiple times.
In any case was running 1.0.7 fine last year. I use this when I want to create maps for contests. For regular play I use Dwarven Forge terrain.
In any case my Dundjinni maps were sited as one of the reasons I was in the top 3 in last years Dark Heresy contest, and they helped me get place near the top in previous years in the Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay adventure contest.
So, while I don't use it for everyday gaming, I like the program and want to use it again.

Did you update your old version to v1.0.7 using the updates from this site? If so, you might want to ask for a full version of DJ v1.0.7. Since you seem to be in a hurry, send an email with your original purchase information to Store (store(at)dundjinni.com) and me. I am away a lot this weekend, but will try to help you out as soon as I see the email.
If you already have the full DJ v1.0.7 you might want to remove a few of the older Java versions (might be a good idea anyway).
