The email went to the webmaster address, the only one I found on this site. Hope that was correct.

Ok I am running windows 7 with java 6 update 17. I've tried everything from running the previous versions of java that you've listed to all the versions.
I installed the version currently downloadable from the site, Version 1.0.7. I've tried installing it in a file not in the Programs Files folder. First I tried it in a separate folder on my desktop, then in the public/games folder.
I've even tried re-downloading the file from the website.
Despite all this, it always tells me that the program was installed incorrectly. Please help.

Did you disable UAC (User Account Control) prior to installing DJ?

Wow... and I actually remembering wondering why I didn't get a system message prompting me for permission to install the program. It just didn't seem like that important an issue since I trust the program. lol
Worked perfectly, thanks a ton.

Dundjinni has decided it now wants to hang on me.
It hands on "Creating Item Selection Dialog."
It throws an error box:
---
Program Startup Error
An error occured during startup.
You may have an improper installation, or invalid or missing map resources.
The program will be terminated.
Error occured at:
Common components loading check.
Check Map directory and ~common folder, also check Genre folders.
---
Obviously this is killing me. I was getting new artwork, I downloaded and ran Hammerfall Art Pac.jar, User Collection 1 Art Pack.jar, and User Collection 2 Art Pack.jar.
I think the problem has to have been introduced by one of those three, since the other art I got was the tried and true "large zip file, sort it all into subfolders" and "rightclick, save as" methods.
I need to figure out how to fix this, and fast. I'm running Windows XP, SP3.

I found the problem, after invoking several vulgarities describing the tale of Oedipus and threatening to do horrible things to Dundjinni in front of it's children.
I'd downloaded the Arctic set, and it was a very huge resource, so I was trying to organize it into it's own top-level genre pack.
Dundjinni apparently does not like it when you assign your own top-level genre packs. I didn't realize this, as I'd previously reated the Sci-Fi Genre pack and it didn't choke. I guess the Genre packs have to be hard coded: I moved the Arctic stuff to Sci-Fi and nuked the Arctic folder; it worked perfectly.

As I mentioned in another thread, I am having an issue installing the JAR executable from an Art pack. The main app seems to be working (after a lot of mess) but the artpacks wont install due to a missing DLL.
Is there any installation documentation with this product that I have missed?

HELLO?
Is anyone out there responding to technical issuess?
I have emailed and posted and have received nothing.
Do I need to dispute my VISA charges to get someones attention?
This really shouldn't be this difficult to fix your installation issues or at least have a readme available with all of the known issues. I have waded through 40 pages and tried just about everything.
No Luck. Still Stuck.
If I didn't have to sit on hold for 45 more minutes with VISA to challenge the charges I would do that right now and wash my hands of this buggy product.
