I entered this map in a contest at Cartographer's Guild. Not a chance of winning, but it is very different from the others. The challenge was to take a photo of a cloud and use the shape to generate a map. Clouds have very natural random borders so the shapes make good landmasses and caves. I used 2 different clouds to make the sides of the river and 2 sunset cloud pictures to make the lava.

This month's challenge at the Guild was to map a prison. Since the wall on the left of the original map is supposed to be the entrance to a prison
I took someone's suggestion and finished mapping it out. The walls of the prison are made using The Sim's castle wall pack.
The full map is almost 4 MB so you have to download it from my gallery at deviantArt.com.

Awesome map, Bogie, to use the literal meaning of the word. The more I look at it the more I like it and I find myself finding ways to add it into my novel.

If I were to add one thing it would be bubbles in the lava, but then I like bubbles!
