My mistake Kepli....
I found this statement on the Kickstarter website:
Kickstarter uses Amazon's Flexible Payments Service, which enables our all-or-nothing funding method. No other credit card processor currently supports our requirements. We're always talking with other companies and exploring other services, so expect more options in the future.

Found an interview with the INKARNATE guys here:

Fills in some of the informational gaps some gamers may have about the software.
On a side note: Theres only 9 more days left on the Kickstarter for INKARNATE.
This is an awesome project with a couple of guys who are dedicated to getting this software off the ground.
I highly recommend donating to get this project funded.

9 days but only 12% of their financing--I think it's safe
to say it isn't going hit its funding.
There have been some analytical papers published on funding
trends that I saw linked to through ENWorld, but the gist
is that products that don't hit specific financing goals
within particular time windows of the campaign aren't going
to be successful.
