Hi folks! I'm currently running Pathfinder's "Carrion Crown" adventure path, and because I have too much time on my hands I'm doing a full playable-scale map of Harrowstone Prison (the central 'dungeon' of the first module).
However, I'm running into a few items to make the map realistic that I haven't been able to locate as of yet. Specifically, the prison has a workshop that is primarily for sewing - and I haven't been able to find any map objects I could use as an old-fashioned foot-pedal sewing machine.
Any suggestions?

Would foot pedal sewing machines be too advanced for that?

Doing a search, look for sewing machines, Sears or antique. I see foot pedal sewing machines all the time on Storage Hunting, Pickers sites, etc on tv.
edit: yep, lots under heading 'antique sewing machines', here's a picture of one. I remember seeing one just like that in my early teens at a friends house. Desk was plain wood though, not fancy looking. :)

Here is what I finally came up with, using a photo I snapped from an antique store, and using a table that I found on the forums here (I think one of Bogie's):
A bit fancy for a prison, but oh well! ;)

Oooo! I like it! Reminds me of one my grandmother had
sitting in the corner when I was a kid.
Nice!

Like it! More like I remember seeing at friends house. :) Her's had more of the gold leaf rubbed out from it being used for so long. Maybe changing the gold pattern to copper would tone it down a bit? Snagged.

I have plans to work on 'aging' it some. I was pressed for time when I finished this version of it though. I did wipe out "Singer Sewing Company" in gold leaf on top though; you can sort of see the smudging I used to mask it, heh.

I have it without the table, but also without the drop shadow.
