but the forum activity is shamelessly slow!
The feedback is nonexistent!
the support is lascking is so many ways I cannot even describe.

I can understand the mods, that don't have a gain on this, but the Dudjinni
enterprises Company, which stole my money from me and should give
support and feedback to the customers that bought (and spent good money
on )their crappy software.

You, Dundjinni Enterprises, are AWFUL!!!

As I mentioned in my email to you last night, Totte is the Admin who is most familiar with Macs. If you emailed him directly as I told you to, he will respond as soon as he can.

As I also told you there is no Dundjinni Staff, there is no one at the Store, it runs on automatic, there is no one to respond to your email to the store.

This Forum is maintained by a small number of volunteers, we have no access to any of the store functions. We help out as much as we can, and we are able to provide quite a bit of support, but there are limits to what we can do.

Try to exercise a little patience and hopefully someone will find an answer for you. Accusatory posts like yours do not help us or you.

We have been able to help almost everyone who needed help with their problems, but if it turns out that it is not possible to find a solution to your installation issues your best course of action is to ask your credit card carrier to reverse the charges on your card.

I really don't like the way you handled this and I doubt you know
enough of the current situation around DJ to create informed posts
on other sites. But I do understand your frustration.
And as others have stated, we are always willing to help out as best
as
we can with issues you have.
