These forums are maintained by a small number of volunteers, who have no access to the store, can't change anything but the forum part of the site and have no contact with the owner.
The owner/Store representative has been away since 2010, so the Store runs on automatic.
Update: Quite some people have had issues with orders staying in status "In Progress". We can't help you with that. You will have to cancel the order and get your money back through Paypal or any other payment method you used.
If you order something, ALWAYS order the download version. If your order doesn't go through correctly, cancel it and you can try again.
We are willing to give support, but often we are limited in what we can provide. We have tips, advise, etc. for the program as well as mapping and art making in general.
This site is maintained because it remains the best resource for mapping art on the web and has the nicest community you will find.
Hang out here for a while before you decide to purchase the software.

Now that the store is back online, is there any sentient being who is actually
supporting the store? I purchased the product 2.5 years ago but still have
never been able to use it because of a registration code issue. I would love to
be able to use the product I purchased, it looks great!

Sorry, but no. The owner told the web hosting co. to turn the store on, but it is on automatic pilot. As far as we know she does not check or respond to the store email/messages.
The Administrators and Moderators only have access to the User Forums. We have no access to the Home page or the Store. Kepli can send you updated copies of the program and artwork if you can show you purchased them but we can't do anything with Registration Codes.
Sorry we can't be more help, but we do what we can.

******ATTENTION ! ! ! BEFORE USING THE STORE********
Lately there have been problems with the store functions.
The store does not work with PayPal. It will accept your purchase and charge you, but then you will not be able to download what you purchased. As mentioned previously there is no one at the store to resolve this for you. If you have done this, your only recourse is to ask PayPal to reverse the charges.
Other credit cards are hit or miss. Some purchases go through some do the same thing as PayPal.

I have contacted the hosting company and they have relayed the message to Mindy. Let's hope she resurfaces to solve this (and hopefully a lot of other stuff as well  )

Thanks for all the help!
I'm actually glad the ordering didn't work because it made
me frustrated enough to go through every single flash drive
in our house trying to find my registration code. Finally
found it, and am eagerly awaiting my download code so I can
get back in business!
