I bought a copy of the program on CD at GenCon Indy.

The salesperson wrote down the user name "GEN CON INDY 2004" and a 20 character activation code.
This user name wouldn't activate the software.

Here's the fix for anyone else who has this problem:
Type "Gen Con Indy 2004", case-sensitive.

i've done all that and it still won't work any other suggestions?
