My system is slowly dying. I have not been able to get it to work for the last 10 days. In fact I am logged in right now from my girlfriend's (dial-up

) connection. Just picked up a new machine on-line and hope to be talking to you fine folks more within the next 5-7 days. To everyone waiting for stuff, sorry.

Basically, my girlfriend's old PC sent out lots of EMPs when it started up - it had no working fans. I told her that it was slowly killing my machine, but she refused to believe me. She's a programmer, but is not otherwise computer savvy. I, on the other hand, had my own computer in 1978 and have worked with everything except for the Amiga.
