Do we need these, or have they been taken care of elsewhere?

I'm considering doing a set of these "creepers", but they're time consuming, so I only want to do them if they're actually needed. Anyone?

Here's a sample:

Here's how it might be used:

Those are gorgeous, and I don't think I've seen anything quite like them yet. With some careful shaping you might get a crude version of this effect from a tree, but this definitely looks better than that would look.

Just a suggestion... it might be slightly less time-consuming if you did a single vine or a bundle of just a few vines, and then used the random cover effect to create the whole creeper? You wouldn't have to do as many to get a nice finished result.

Last time I tried an effect like that I had one single vine I had to keep using over and over again.

So, yes!

surfbored,
I can help out on making a nice collection of these after this weekend. I've got several varieties of models that might be used for 'em, as well as different textures.

Do we need these ...? Ofcourse we do ...
I love this kind of stuff to give a map more detail.

I'm going to try some colorings for this one ... ok?

Hmmm, interesting idea grimcatch. Certainly worth looking into. Thanks!

Excellent! Between us, Kepli and anyone else that wants to get in on the action, a machete should soon be "standard equipment" for every character!

Nice stuff. I've been thinking of adding something like this to my embassy map, and now I can. Thanks!
