Not that these will be enormously useful, but they might be fun to scatter
around

Awesome. Of course these will be useful as "generic" scifi gizmos as well. Now if we could get some Daleks...

I'm working on Daleks. They are in Lightwave format and don't want to
open. But gimme time.

Very cool.

On a related note, there's Dr. Who news on slashdot.org today. Apparently, there's going to be yet another Doctor.

Awesome. I just made Legend. Now I can start throwing my weight around and getting obnoxious. Bow before my greatness, puny mortals! Hoo-wah!!

Oh yeah. Back to Doctor Who thread. K-9 would be pretty awesome too.

I think I saw a K9 model. I'll look again.

Slash: yeah, I saw the first episode and thought Eccelston did OK. Now I
think he's a flake for quitting after one episode of one season airs.

There was a phone booth made a loooong time ago by Metajock here.

Here it is slightly adapted to look more like TARDIS:

Dr Who fans and those who have actually seen a police call box forgive me, for I am neither.    I did a quick adaptation from a lousy internet pic.

*Edit* My husband just informed me that the Tardis had a red light at the top, so I tweaked the pic to match.

Eventhough I am a scifi nut, I could never get into Doctor Who. BUT, I would still like to see some Daleks and K-9. They could be used for other things!

Could someone make Davros, creator of the Daleks,
in his chair, which looks like the bottom half of a
Dalek?

Hmmmmm.....I'll have to track down a photo reference, but as I recall he
was wearing sort of a leather turtle-neck thing, with buttons down one
side of the chest. Was his head overly developed or am I thinking of some
other villain?

Hey, that looks great. Davros was always one of my
favorite crazy scientist types.

glad I could be of service. I'm not all that happy with the skin color, but
it'll do.

Could we do a similar perspective and some "demodernization" to make some people we could place on chairs in these new excellent tavern maps?

I hate the sight of an unoccupied bar! Too sterile...we need sitting and standing people, bawdy wenches, etc.

Just my 2cents,

Benwax
