Rules for Judging will be decided before the 23rd and categories will be set by then.

PS I like the idea of Categories, But lets keep it simple so we are all not winners..

Do we have a standard definition of "one page"?

One Dundjinni page, not an 8.5 X 11

32 x 40 grid
or
160 x 200 feet

The entries can be smaller - no one has to use a full map. Most maps in this particular category should fit within those size restraints. I'm not sure we want to be judging "The World's Largest Tavern" quite yet.

Micah is right. Lets keep it to one 32x40 grid...

Hope you liked it!

Hey all, we need to start hammering out the rules for voting.

To try and avoid having this thread turn into pages of deliberation - I've started a thread here.

When we come to a majority view we can pull the rules over here.

Kepli: nice try, but you can't weasel that rule in here. Your map will have to win based on its talents, and the masses' opinons on those talents.

Dangit, dontcha know all these great maps are confusing my vote....Oh, well, I guess I could do what most people my age do: vote at random, or do whatever thier parents did. If they vote at all.

No. I'm better than that. Which one of you will lower my taxes? What's the Flying Toad's Stance on the Ukraine? How would the Black Heart Lily cope with an energy crisis? What special intrests does Kepli's Ice Hotel represent? What about the Slippery Eel's thoughts on the rising costs of hats? Which maps support Wood; in particular Wood Madness? Is the Drowned Sorrows secretly run by the Seaman's Guild? These are important issues that must be cleared up before any pre-vote debate.
