I just bought two downloads. I have paid for them, I have keys for them. But I cannot get the files. I am at the store site. Where I have clicked on my confirmation number. Before the key is a down load button. Which I click. And I get this : comersus_optDownloads. This is not a zip file. And my computer doesn't recognize this... Please help

Have you tried right clicking the button to see if you can open it/access it that way?

Unfortunately, I'm the least techie member of the staff - but I'll alert our webmaster to your question and I'm sure you'll get a response soon (but probably not tonight).
In the meantime, if any of our more technologically-inclined members/moderators wants to lend a hand, I'm sure it would be appreciated.

thanks...I'll await any information. But I've struggling with this for close to four hours, and I need sleep. I'll check again in the morning.
PS: I have Norton internet security, microsoft anti-virus.... could these be causing the problem, if so how do I get around it?

Microsoft anti-virus? Do you mean MS anti-spyware?
I remove everything Norton from every PC I see it on. It seems to cause more problems than it solves these days. I use AVG Free antivirus (grisoft.com) and Firefox as my browser. Combine that with some anti-spyware from Microsoft, Ad-Aware and Spybot Search&Destroy, and Windows is almost useable.
If you don't want to go to all of that trouble, I'd recommend at least trying a different browser (Firefox, if you're currently using MS Internet Exploder).
