Someone asked if I would make a set of floor tiles
of gold-veined quartz, of which this one is a typical example:
There are 8 tiles, I havent worked with making them seamless, perhaps someone will do this. There are 8 of them, zipped for Kepli

This really is a nice set with many practical applications ... throne rooms, ball rooms, elegant dining halls, and so many more. Really, they should not be seamless. I like them the way they are; all I'd like to see is a thin seam of "mortar" so they look like distinct tiles that were laid (in other words, each tile could have a narrow border).

Beautiful tiles. Beautiful !

Thanks for the zip Fractalneil ...
I think it will be difficult to make these tileable, but they are each seamless (if made with Texture Maker). A nice mortar line, like Eric suggests, might be the way to go ...

Hint: use hollow tiles ... the overlays BenWax made just for this kind of thing. Go here ...

Meta: I would like to give that a shot, so I can practice the gold/silver making
If others like to do it, please do. More variation is always better ...

Here's the set you made, done seamless, as per your request. It came out beautiful...

Kepli: Here's the hammerfall texture, in full size...

Here's a possible take on Hammerfall high-grade mithril
ore. I'm waiting for Kepli to do one that's a metallic black or really dark grey i.e. adamantium

Very nice Fractil!

Can you make another Marble tile set with Silver?

Also a tile set like your last post with silver/gold would be great too. Good possibilities with mines and also with decorations in my temple maps.

Here's a variant set, using my skg style cover files added to the original tileset, with stronger hue enhancement.

Yup, that's what I meant earlier ... Excellent BenWax, those Hollow Tiles work fantastic ... still one of your best ideas imo.
