This map might not be so Gothic/Horror but it comes close: (Advanced)
A bright blinding flash of light in the sky followed by a sonic boom; wind and fire rushed from the sky destroying everything in its path. Cities lay waste from the explosion and all life is in the area of the blast is turned to powder. The radiation has given the land a side effect and it is what the Skellys have been waiting for. The dirt in the graveyards start moving, bones start pulling their way out of the ground, the Skellys are free from their bindings. “Man has ruled this world has a stumbling domestic child king long enough” and the Skellys “will rise as the bidding successor”.

I don't think we're going to have too much to worry 'bout with the number of kegs they have left to go through. By the time they hit the carousing stage they'll be doing good to manage a stagger.

Excellent job, Blu!
My only nit would be the skellies are a bit shiney... obviosly they all got polished up for the party!
