question before buying, can they be used to fit the cone and radius templates found in the dmg? Is there a way to export them so they are cropped to just the size of the effect like a miniature and be transparent like another poster asked, I don't ask for much do I? This would be handy for online gaming if it could work

Normally, Fluid art packs would consist of DJX-files and they would be useless to you outside DJ. However, in this particular pack, 16 Large spell effects are PNG-files. Those can be used in the way you like them to use ... be careful with using the images though. These cannot be used for commercial purposes.
And remember those are 16 images in a pack with 70 spell effects.
