Fluid will be closed over the holidays so the staff can spent time with their families and friends. Because of this, support will be reduced from December 21 until January 4. Please be assured that the forums and email support will still be checked during the holidays, just at reduced levels. So please be patient if you post problems or send emails. We will get back to you, it just might take a few days.
Download of the Week- This will continue as usual thanks to Fluid hiring some of Santa's surplus elf staff!
Community Spotlight- This will be on hold until early January. Unfortunately we found elves have a terrible time making decisions since Santa usually chooses who is naughty or nice!
Email- Yours truly will check the webmaster email but only every few days. I'll be braving the cold weather of Iowa which slows down the bits as they travel down the wires! Actually it's much worse. I'll be begging time from various family computers which are still using *gasp* phone modems!
Frequently Asked Questions- One of the most common questions we get is how to download product again or retrieve lost reg codes. This is easy. Just log into our store and all your purchases and reg codes are there for you to download again. There's even a handy button to have your password sent if you forgot it.

With all the hectic running around during the holidays we sometimes forget what it is to be thankful for. I don't want to forget to thank our amazing moderator staff for their fantastic job of helping run this site. Since taking over as Webmaster a few months ago I couldn't have done it without them. I also want to thank our user community. Every week I'm in awe of the great work being done with Dundjinni to create incredible maps. I've never seen a forum with so many kind and helpful people! If only more forums were like this one.
