This is fantastic! I would have to assume you're a graphic artist? Can you go into a little about how you create something like this, the software, the process you use, etc?
Hey people, we need to hang on to this guy!!

*blush*
thank you
in fact I'm not a "real" graphist. I'm just using the perfect tool for this kind of stuff.
I'm using realdraw (mediachance.com
Realdraw is based on bezier shapes on which you can apply colors, textures, transparencies, bevel (3d), various effects and 3dlights.
It's prety easy to use and gives those results. you can see my very first trial with it over here
so basicaly, I make an image google search on the item I want to draw then, I make the needed shapes and add the texture and bevel on them. It took me about 1h for the above catapult. but it takes only 1min to make an axe like the "weapon project's" one.

Thanks loads, I use Photoshop and I get reasonable output with it because of years of pottering, but not on such small scale, and most of my work has been for 3D and web authoring, which again is a much different kettle of moose.
As I think someone said, maybe you could go make a little tute to show how you achieve these amazingly detailed 'little' drawings.
Keep the good work coming!
