We had a software glitch that broke our store today. The store is now fixed and you can download anything that was already purchased today by going to the link below and logging in. Your reg codes and download links will be there.
Click this link to get to our store logon.
If you have other issues such as some of you that tried to purchase the product twice, please email our store and request a refund on the duplicate order. Please make sure to supply the order numbers for faster processing.

We apologize for the store problems today. Unfortunately it didn't get detected until late so I called the programmer to fix it. I know a lot of people are upset but glitches like this can happen and the most important thing is to be patient. We're a small time operation and all part-timers so it can take some time to get all this resolved and back up.
Just know that you're not going to ever lose your purchase or transaction. We'll get it worked out for you, just give us the time to fix it.

thanks for being right on top of this, nice to see that it's resolved, and that I can finally get down to business! :) thanks for the help, and also sorry for any impatience on my part, I just recently changed web server providers and they did the no communication thing to me and so I paniced

No problem Travnape. I can understand your worry since we didn't detect the problem until the evening. We tend to take care of web and store stuff in the evenings so if a glitch happens in the morning it can be awhile before we realize the problem. I've alerted the guys at Fluid and the programmer so people will be monitoring the situation just in case.
And our store person has been alerted to the issue so knows about duplicate order issues and can offer refunds for those that need it. Most likely those refunds will go through tomorrow evening.

The store must be down again. I am having the same problem as described in this thread:

No download links are showing. Not for the art-pack I just bought nor for the stuff I have previously bought and downloaded.

I'm getting the same issue. I just ordered the software, and the Order Tracking page is showing:
SKU Description Quantity Unit Price Price
SBD02_PC Dundjinni (PC download version
RegKey: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX 1 $39.95 $39.95
The only link is the SKU, which goes to the product page itself.

I'll post as soon as I hear back from the programmer when its fixed. Don't worry about your purchased products. They should be fine, just need to fix the glitch and then you can re-log into the store and get them.

Hello,
Thank you very much for the prompt and kind response, I was able to
download my 5 purchases easily about an hour ago. Thanks for fixing the
problem!

Ok, great! I haven't heard back from the programmer yet so either he fixed it and hasn't updated me or it was a temporary issue with our ISP.
Either way, its great to hear it's working again!
Have the other users that had problems been able to get their products too? Would like to verify that all systems are go again.
