Howdy all, I'm new as well. Not sure how often I'll be on
here, but it seems to be a great community...although I'm
not sure how much life it has. Just going through the old
posts though shows a strong camaraderie, hopefully I'll
become a part of that.

Hello!
I've been looking everywhere for an "introduce yourself" thread and think I've possibly finally found it!
I've been wading my way through the threads for the last several weeks downloading all kinds of wonderful bits and baubles for my first and terribly weak inn map (originally needed for visualizing a scene in my book) which I will attempt to post at some point in the near future.
Just to let you know, I'm a writer rather than a gamer, although my sons both play and I own several Gygax books for world building reference.
Anyway, I'm glad to finally be able to start posting and I'm thrilled that I seen to have found the site at the right moment for purchasing a copy of the wonderful program. Everyone here seems so nice, helpful and talented, I look forward to getting to know people rather than just lurking about.

When you buy the program be sure you only buy the Downloadable version. And be sure you save a hard copy of your registration number for the program and any artpacks you buy.
