Due to the massive amount of awesome artwork (thank You artists) I began to download lots of art work, I attempted to rearrange the files trying to put like items from different files in groups , and keeping within the two-tier file system system . Things were working just fine, but after some more rearranging the pic box no longer works for anything and several items in folders will not show up.
I noticed in several of the subfolders there is a "properties" file what is that actually do ?
Is there a specific address in that file? Is there a limit to how much artwork can fit in a file?
If you rename a folder or subfolder do you need to do anything else in the program?
My current structure is:
(with the subfolders under each category )
Campaign level map
Dungeon
village
Castle
wild
Temples
Dwarf strongholds
underwater
Trees (this is when everything went wrong)
Isometric 3D
Treasures
Also no matter what I do I cannot seam to get the tokens pack to load I noticed it is located in a couple of places in the subfolders of the program, I've tried loading in the two loctions but to no effect.
I'm sure other heavy users have massively rearrange their files, if anybody has a more intuitive architecture I would like to hear about it.

All the folders on the lowest level need to have a ~properties file. If you open one in Notepad (for instance), you will notice each files contains a line stating a DJ art type ... Cover, Object, Floor, Wall, Treasure, etc. DJ needs these files to know what to do with the png-files in that directory. If you put a Floor ~properties file in a folder, all the png-files in that folder are seen as floors by DJ.
You also need to keep all the folders with art on the same directory level. Just look at where Fluid has put the folders with art and make sure yours are on that same depth in the directory tree.
Tokens are present in DJ as a red and blue versions (Characters and Monsters). You place one in DJ, right-click it and choose a token from the long list of possibilities you get. There are several tutorials and explanations around here that explain the use of tokens and you can find it in the manual/DJ help under Items --> Characters and Items --> Monsters.
