Howdy,
I just purchased the Mac version of dundjinni which has downloaded and
installed as expected. The problem is that the art packs which were with
my order all are downloading as *.asp pages, and I am not getting the art
packs as a result.
Can someone from Dundjinni's support staff please contact me via email
to explain what is amiss here? I don't seem to be able to use the links as
provided.
thanks,
Geoff

I checked the store and downloads are active so I'm not sure why you're having an issue. It could be some kind of download manager application is grabbing the files (we have this issue with WinRAR on Windows machines) - but I'm just not that techie or Mac-savvy to suggest a solution.
However, our more techie members and moderators usually can find the solution - so hold on and I'm sure you'll get some help tonight or tomorrow.
To make sure it gets their attention, I'm moving this post to the bugs forum.

Welcome to the forums Gcsears!
A download manager app is not a bad bet.
If you haven't already done this, Please try manually clicking on each artpack's link in your account history.
Please post your results.
Mindy, I'm sending you an email regarding artpack testing etc.
Thanks,
GTech

So, a brief update.
I was able to download the art packs. For some reason it worked
sometimes and didn't others. When it didn't work I would get an entry in
my download log like "comerus_optDownloadDigitialGoods-#.asp" at
which point it would fail.
when it succeeded it would get a zipped folder named SXD0#... which
would be the art pack.
Everything appears to have installed correctly, except the Reaper token
pack which clearly installed, but I cannot apper to figure out how to get
them to be listed in the menus for tokens within the program. I have just
started looking into that portion.

Do a search for "reaper token" and you'll find an explanation of how to use
them. It's not very intuitive.

The short version re tokens is stamp down a character/monster token, then right click it to bring up a box allowing you to select reaper token images as well as various stat blocks available.

Well...
I guess I need to rtff (read the .... forums), because I found that information
(regarding stamp and then right click to bring up dialogue for the token.)
In future versions, will they consider doing a similar thing with tokens, that
is done for the art-packs? It would be easier if it parsed the token folder
hierarchy, and automatically included them in the menus. Just a thought (I
imagine previously voiced by someone else.
Anyway, thank you for the help.

Artpack and Store download testing complete.
I was unable to replicate the .asp page download errors.
(Clicking the link or RT-Click > Save Target As ...)
GCSears: I'm curious, did you have a download manager (like "down them all") handling the downloads?
Thanks,
GTech
