There are some websites that specialize in 3D models of spaceships (and other sci-fi gadgets).
Sometimes you get lucky and they post top-down views of exactly what you were looking for. If not, you could always ask for one.
Here's one such site:

Here are some nice views of a horizontal stargate, for example:

I'll see what I can find. I also do have a stargate model, but I think that may have already been posted. Another good resource for this kind of thing is Starship Modeller magazine's site. Even those they specialize in physical models, they often have all around photosets of reader submissions.

How about a SWAT van/truck? I can't seem to find one on the forums or CSUAC(sp?).

Well, I guess that would be a big black UPS truck with police lights on top,
and maybe S.W.A.T. painted on the top. Is that what you're thinking?

That would be more than adequate. Even a black van with lights would work great.

Add a red stripe and we can also use it as the A-Team van
Ah shoot, now I will have that tune in my head the rest of the day.

A SWAT truck would be awesome, but then we're going to need a SWAT team
to go with it.

I'm still looking for western stuff for a town I'm putting together as well as the surroundings.
Currently I'm working on the building interiors and have picked up a great book to help that process. I'll have some specifics within the next day or two. I'm betting that most of them already exist though probably some fairly usable stuff in the fantasy threads I would imagine.
Right now I know I'll need cattle, various types of patterns and poses for them would be awesome.
I also need some desktop stuff such as a telegraph machine, old typewriter, glass of whatever, bottles of whatever, tents, wooden shingle fill, barrel, lumber, pipes, general store type stuff.
