Quick render of a griffin from the value bundle that went on sale at DAZ. Don't have time to do more at the moment, just wanted to tease a bit instead . I'll do a few more over the weekend. Someone can let me know if the scale is way off for this type of critter.

For me, the scale is just perfect. I had always envisioned them as large.

Two words: More please.

I agree, I like the scale. Personally I'd rather resize giants than get stuck with an army of midgets.

Blasted tease. More! Now!

Now for big Lizards (in my backyard?). These are based on the DAZ fantasy dragonfly model. I just left off the wings and played with the specular settings. They come in blue, green, and red... only two poses. Enjoy!

So? The rider uses spurs, it's about time the mount got his own back!

Fair enough. I thought that these would make excellent riding lizards.

Obviously, Heruca's been using his time very wisely in the near past.

That or he's just lazy and did a random Google search. One of the two.

Man, I forgot to comment on the original post. D'oh.

These are great, I can't believe they're based off a
dragonfly model! Then again, the DAZ dragonfly is pretty
resilient. Keep up the great work Pedrov, these rock out
hard. Would you mind trying your hand at some dead
lizards? I tend not to use creatures in DJ unless
they're pushing up dasies. (I would love using these in
Battlegrounds or Fantasy Grounds, though.)

I didn't make a version with a saddle, but I did quickly whip together one with six legs:

Might make a good frost salamander in D&D.

These are really cool. I can't believe I'd overlooked this thread!    I can't wait to use these in an upcoming game.

Love the 6-legged guy, by the way--a fair trade for omitting the saddle. Though I have to say, I have a group of desert nomads in an upcoming adventure, and they sure would be better riding six-legged desert lizards....
