The CSUAC files are up again. In all, the CSUAC has over 4000 pieces of art created by Dundjinni users that has already been sorted and is ready for use.

We haven't taken the time to post them to the Downloads section, but wnated to get them back up for you as soon as possible.

For those of you with PC's, you can get them HERE.

For those of you with Mac's, you can get them HERE.

Also, there are the Dundjinni User archives, which has some art that is not available in the CSUAC files. You can get that HERE.

Edit: Also, there is Cecil's Dundjinni tutorial that he did years ago. You can get that HERE.

Mark:

Could you move this to the Social Lounge, please? (I don't want to cross-post, and realized that this isn't the best place for it...)

Thanks!

So is this updates to the old CSUAC0 files or is this the original files with no recent updates? (Trying to decide if I need to download them again.)

I had Dundjinni and CSUAC installed on my old XP box and it died. Luckily I kept backups of my maps and the Dundjinni installer and managed to get that back up. However, I didn't backup CSUAC. I saw they finally got reposted and downloaded them, now I'm trying to remember what I had to do for Dundjinni to find them. Do I put them in the Map directory? Or do I have to add them to a config file somewhere? For some reason on Vista the Map directory is read only and no matter how many times I try to change it it always goes back to read only (don't get me started on how much I love Vista!)

Never mind! I just now managed to convince Windows Vista that I really, really, really want to have write permissions in that folder. I copied the Creatures pack in and it works like a charm. Now on to downloading (and backing up!) the others. It's been a while since I've been gaming and creating maps, I'll have to dust off my Dundjinni skills.

I'm new so this might be a stupid question, but I downloaded the files at the
mac site. All that was in the nested folders were Unix executable files (4k)
all named ~properties.

This didn't look right to me, but I put the folders into the Map folder
anyways to see if they worked. In Dundjinni it showed no items to sellect
within these folders.
Am I doing something wrong or is there something up with the .sit files?

Sounds like something went wrong. Either you downloaded the wrong thing,
or your unzipping tool goofed somehow. Most CSUAC files are in the 60 to
90 MB range.

Okay, I've got everything downloaded and installed. Where do all the folders go? The way mine is set up right now, there are too many nesting levels to see anything. Would someone please describe the file structure?

Preferably in little words with lots of pictures!

There is an instruction with each archive EE. I believe it's a pdf file.

Well the files are in a stuffit compressed file and that is downloading
correctly and unstuffing without error. Still no luck in finding out what's
wrong.

Oops, missed this post

The ~properties files are needed by DJ to determine the kind of art that is the folder. So if the art is Objects, a ~properties file for Objects needs to be in that folder. When you open a ~properties file (with notepad for instance) you will see what kind it is
I believe the archive with ~properties files was added lateron to add those files to the art folders ... or was there art in those as well?

No art what-so-ever, only the ~properties files in each and every one of the
end folders.

Are you using an old version of StuffIt Expander, by any chance?

Urm... Sorry, guys I've been away for a while (and if my history teacher asks, you haven't seen me because I've locked myself in my room to study).

What's happening with the CSUAC? It still being worked on? I think I had up to 7.2, though I'm not sure.

So what's goin on?

I saw that... But when it says no modification, I assumed that meant it wasn't ordered either... As the CSUAC is. And the links to the actual CSUAC are "pending"...
