Hey I ordered some things a while back and while I had D-loaded them I know have a new computer, and I need to re-d-load old orders, I have checked my old order forms, but I can only d-load one of my old orders, every download link for any product leads to the same product download. How can I redownload the other ones?
I hope I got this across correctly, it seems a little confusing.

You need to email the store directly at store@dundjinni.com. They should be able to take care of you.
Good luck.

Thanks, I found the problem, and got the dloads, but now I have another problem, I just fixed my problem with the art not showing on Vista, but now my problem is that when I try to load these orders I keep getting a "Dundjinni not found" error...
This Vista is getting to be a headache, I get one problem fixed only to gain another....

Also I should note that when I take my old Fantasy file and transfer the map packs already unzipped into the directory, I get the problem as before with BLANK ART FILES!!

Do you mean maps you created with DJ (dja/djb files)?
And what is this old Fantasy file? Do you mean the Fantasy folder?
If you mean art from the Fantasy folder that you moved, then you won't be able to see the art from the DJ art-packs, since they need to be installed (the djx files).

My post above the one you answered Kepli, issued that problem, for some reason the installer keeps telling me that there is no copy of Dundjinni on my computer and therefore will not install the map packs.

Ah, ok.
The problem could be that you use Vista. It needs the lastest Java instance and that one doesn't go well with DJ. But it could be more than that ... Please read some of these posts I found using "dundjinni not found" as a search criteria. I believe your solution is in one of those posts. We have little experience with DJ being used on Vista machine, but that might change soon
