First attempt at something a bit more complex. Tried to tidy it up but cannot seem to get a clean edge (without funny lttle dots and lines). Comments welcome.

There are indeed some white lines and spots left. And the shadow is cropped at the top and bottom. But other than that, its a very nice piece
Kinda looks there is some smoldering fire in it ...

It might help if you detailed the process by which you made it. What software did you use? How did you use it?

At immediate glance, it also looks like your canvas is too small (hence the clipping at the top and bottom.

Looks promising though.

I'm almost afraid to comment because I'm no artist myself, but it would be nicer if the ropes weren't gleaming white. I can't imagine vikings bleaching their ropes.

Just a thought. Still, it's a cool piece.

Awesome! Could you eventually post a version without the grid, please? I'd
like to make it into a PNG.

Dont forget the figure head on a viking ship was only used when on raids, when at peace the figure head was removed and stowed onboard.

Nice! Can you render it larger? (DJ-scale?)

Weird. I can't get the zip to unzip. I tried several utilities.

Are you using something unusual to create the zips? I believe this is not the
first time I couldn't unzip something you posted.

By the way, rpgmapshare.com might be a good place to post a fullsize
version of this ship, since the upload limits are significantly higher.

It was a zip file created by winace.

Will get my copy of winzip reinstalled I didnt realise folks could not unpack them. I prefer winace bit didnt realise it would cause a problem.

46B_Viking_ship_dig-1.zip

Does this one work?

Ive only been doing it the other way the last few days, all my previous ones should work.
